Shipping
We always send normal mail (packages) insured.
After ordering, you will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track the shipment.
Damaged transport packaging must absolutely be upon acceptance

reported / complained about. Please use the contact details and provide your order number and tracking number.
This is the only way to guarantee a quick and uncomplicated complaint.
In exceptional cases we reserve the right to correct the shipping costs after ordering.
For example: From a certain weight / value we offer free shipping. This does not apply if you order a whole truck.
In this case we would have to recalculate the shipping costs.
In the event of a correction of the shipping costs, we will inform you and ask for a new order confirmation.

Standard shipping Switzerland:
If the value of goods exceeds CHF 300, customs fees will be charged to the customer (note the current exchange rate!)
We will clarify the customs fees after the order and inform you as soon as possible. You then confirm the order again.
A special clarification is required for goods weighing more than 30kg
