Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you,

who is not the carrier who has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

(In exceptional cases we reserve the right not to take back goods that have been individually made for you.
This only comes into effect if we see no chance of reselling your custom-made product.)


In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (contact) by means of a clear declaration

(e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Consequences of the withdrawal:
If you cancel this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

According to § 357 BGB Paragraph 6:

(1) The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods if the entrepreneur has informed the consumer of this obligation in accordance with Article 246a § 1 Paragraph 2 Clause 1 Number 2 of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code.

(2) Sentence 1 does not apply if the entrepreneur has agreed to bear these costs.

(3) In the case of contracts concluded outside of business premises in which the goods were delivered to the consumer's home at the time the contract was concluded, the entrepreneur is obliged to collect the goods at his own expense if the goods are of such a nature that they cannot be sent by post can be returned.
